elyo.fit is operated by Dualis APP, s.r.o. (Námestie osloboditeľov 3/B, Košice, Košický kraj 040 01, Slovakia). The website presents the ELYO fitness application and provides company and support information. Using the website means you accept these terms.

2. The ELYO app

The ELYO mobile application is in development and not yet publicly available. Membership tiers, prices and features shown on this website are indicative and may change before launch. Use of the app itself will be governed by separate terms of service presented in the app.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — the ELYO name, logo, texts, graphics and photographs — is owned by Dualis APP, s.r.o. or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

4. No professional advice

Content on this website is provided for general information about the ELYO product. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a health condition.

5. Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Dualis APP, s.r.o. is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
